Process

To receive a refund, you have to contact us by email at dentamedusasalesmiami@gmail.com and provide us the reason for your return along with your order number.

Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since receiving your order, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days, shipped & delivered within 14-21 business days from the day you place the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
